here at williams canteen we always try to work with as many fresh ingredients as we can. our juices are daily pressed and fresh fruits come in every morning. we like to work closely with our kitchen team to see if we can create new ideas to use on the cocktail menu. This shows on our menu in the form of either a syrup, foam, infusion, fermentation, liquor or something completely different.
our signature style is clean and elegant drinks with a punch. also we usually serve some of our favorite twists on classic cocktails alongside our signature cocktails. For those who don’t drink alcohol, we make our own shrubs and syrups to make non-alcoholic cocktails & beverages.
